Getting started

Start here: your first CRP partnership

A practical path from application to an approved launch.

CRP helps consumers review supported credit-report information and prepare evidence-linked correspondence. The affiliate program is for publishers and organizations with a relevant audience and an identifiable, reviewable traffic source.

Read the Affiliate Agreement, check the supported market and report coverage, then sign in with a dedicated affiliate identity. Submit your organization, website or publication, market and proposed partner code. Qualification and terms acceptance must be recorded before activation.

After approval, open Onboarding and follow Your next step and Who acts next. Complete your own training acknowledgement, then use the campaign resources and check the disclosure and destination. Saved publishing choices can be reviewed in their optional editor; they do not replace the immediate task. Monitor actual account bindings, eligible cash and reversals rather than clicks alone.

Applications, qualification and founding cohort

Application does not itself approve a partner or activate payments.

Provide truthful organization details and the actual website or traffic source you control. Describe your audience and how CRP will be presented. Do not submit fictional business, verification or payee information to a live service.

The founding target is about 25 vetted partners, followed by a recruitment review after 90 days using measured results. This is a planning target, not a claim about available places or current membership. Existing contractual eligibility must be preserved.

A recorded application, qualification, acceptance of the applicable terms and active status are separate steps. A publisher application is not a network acceptance, a paid placement agreement or a promise of immediate payment.

Sign-in and organization access

Use your dedicated affiliate account and assigned role.

Use Sign in securely in the partner portal. Affiliate identities and permissions are separate from consumer CRP accounts. Signing in to the consumer product does not grant access to an affiliate organization.

Organization operators can work within their assigned organization; analysts have reporting access within their scope. Owner administration is separate. Do not share passwords or attempt to use another organization’s links, reports or payee settings.

If sign-in returns to the portal without membership, complete the publisher application or ask for a membership review through the established program contact. Report the page and approximate time, never passwords, verification codes or session tokens.

Organizations, teams and sub-publishers

Use organization-owned campaigns and contracted commission pools.

Campaigns and reports belong to an organization. Use separately named campaigns to distinguish placements, channels and markets. Keep role assignments accurate and remove access when a team member leaves.

An organization distributing through sub-publishers receives a contracted commission pool. CRP does not pay a second full direct commission on the same customer sale. Agree reporting identifiers and internal distribution responsibilities before launch.

Team membership controls and scoped reporting exist in the portal. Universal sub-publisher APIs, network integrations and conversion postbacks must not be assumed available: confirm the supported interface and contract for the specific organization.

Which agreement applies?

The accepted policy version controls; help articles explain it.

The current standard Affiliate Agreement is affiliate-agreement-2026-10-19-v1, with unchanged calculation policy founders-50-5-v1. The program has one direct beneficiary and at most one introducer beneficiary; there is no third commission level.

Read the complete Affiliate Agreement and save a copy before explicit acceptance. Your signer name, authority confirmation, exact text and hash are retained with your authenticated identity and server time. This knowledge base explains the approved program; it does not create a separate negotiated contract, activate paused features or replace a signed organization or network agreement.

Record the accepted version and any disclosed exceptions. Prospective changes must not erase earned obligations. Ask for clarification before publishing a rate, calendar or exception that differs from your agreement.

Country prices and currencies

Use the correct currency and verify coverage before purchase.

The approved list prices are shown below in each market’s currency, in the order one report, monthly and annual. These are list-price references, not proof of an actual charge, a tax quotation or a commission statement.

Canada and Australia use different currencies even where the numeric price is the same. Never present an unlabelled dollar amount as a universal price. Do not invent currency conversions, discounts or local tax treatment.

Commission uses verified actual eligible cash, including legacy customer prices. Confirm current checkout pricing and supported coverage before publication. Do not infer particular report formats, packet limits or subscription entitlements from this price table.

Supported coverage and responsible product claims

A supported country does not mean every report is supported.

Approved positioning: CRP helps consumers review supported credit-report information and prepare evidence-linked correspondence. Check the current consumer product’s supported bureau, jurisdiction, report layout, language and file type before purchase or promotion.

Do not advertise universal bureau coverage, legal representation, automatic dispute mailing, guaranteed removal, a score increase, a guaranteed correction or a guaranteed legal outcome. Do not describe an unverified feature as available.

Country pricing and a country-specific creative kit do not certify every coverage combination. If the current product does not establish support for a specific report, describe support as unconfirmed and seek clarification. Do not collect the consumer’s report to resolve a marketing question.

Affiliate disclosures and editorial independence

Make the commercial relationship clear where the recommendation appears.

Approved disclosure: “Affiliate disclosure: the publisher may earn a commission when you purchase through its link.” Place a clear disclosure with the recommendation and referral link; do not hide it only in an unrelated page.

Adapt placement for the channel: include a visible disclosure in a social post, newsletter, article or video context. The approved sentence is a starting point, not a certification of every jurisdiction’s advertising requirements. The publisher remains responsible for applicable channel and legal requirements.

Keep reviews and comparisons truthful. Do not claim independent endorsement from CRP, an accepted network partnership, guaranteed editorial coverage or a ranking purchased by the program. Disclose paid placements and preserve the publication’s editorial standards.

Creative library and downloadable resources

Use the current country kit and retain fictional-example labels.

Open Resources in the signed-in portal and choose an organization-owned campaign. This version offers approved text copy, a fictional example, newsletter HTML and plain text, disclosed referral links, publishing instructions and a source manifest. The Approved banners section provides the ten published replacement banners with exact original artwork. Earlier retired banner URLs and image-derived video remain withdrawn. Creative Studio is held and unavailable; saved drafts do not authorize publication.

Keep prices, currency, disclosure, coverage limits and “FICTIONAL EXAMPLE” labels visible. A fictional demonstration or sample correspondence is not a customer result, a bureau finding or proof of a legal violation. Do not replace it with an invented testimonial.

Preview the final export in the actual publication or device. Check readable captions, contrast, mobile cropping and working links. Recheck resources when prices or policy change; a saved download is not automatically updated.

Traffic sources, outreach and paid placements

Audience access is not permission to message or spend.

Use the reviewed traffic source and approved claims. Do not fabricate customers, self-referrals, clicks, consent or purchases. Do not overwrite an existing customer binding or conceal the commercial nature of a referral.

External messages require an authorized purpose, recipient or channel and a suppression check. An application, imported contact, scraped address or AI draft does not by itself authorize email. Unsubscribes, objections and replies must stop inappropriate follow-up.

Launch recruitment is commission-only: no upfront promotional fees, paid placements, signup bonuses or recruitment-only rewards. Any later paid-placement or network proposal needs separate owner approval, defined deliverables and confirmed funding. The commission rate and operating ceiling do not authorize those commitments.

Campaign links and QR codes

Keep links associated with the right organization and market.

An active organization can create a named campaign in Campaigns and choose its market. The campaign page and QR code use the same campaign destination. Name campaigns so a report can distinguish the actual placement or publication.

Test the approved destination, currency and disclosure before use. A QR scan or campaign-page view does not establish an attributed account or commission. While capture is paused, the campaign page offers continuation without referral tracking.

Do not alter signed tracking parameters, reuse another organization’s campaign or insert consumer personal information into link names or query parameters. Send a broken-link report with the public campaign URL and approximate time only.

Tracking and reporting

Referral consent and consumer choice

Referral tracking must be an informed choice.

Where tracking is enabled, the campaign page asks for referral-tracking consent before continuing with a referral. Consumers can continue to CRP without referral tracking. Do not pre-check consent on their behalf or turn refusal into an invented attribution.

The integration is designed to transfer an opaque referral handle and consent reference, not credit-report contents. Account binding is asynchronous so an affiliate outage does not become a signup or purchase dependency.

A checked box or successful redirect is only one technical step. Real attribution requires an accepted campaign, valid consent, a real account-binding receipt and the applicable purchase evidence. Current acceptance boundaries are described in Launch status.

The 90-day window and fixed customer binding

Approved precedence rules apply before the initial binding.

The approved window from the eligible referring click to first purchase is 90 days. A valid explicit partner code entered before initial binding takes precedence; otherwise the last eligible click applies. Do not promise a code-entry experience until the actual consumer flow supports and verifies it.

Bind once at account creation or first purchase. Preserve direct return visits and do not overwrite an existing binding. An already-bound customer is not reassigned because they later click another publisher’s link.

The first-purchase window and the commission eligibility year are different clocks. The commission year starts at the verified original successful-payment timestamp, not the click or webhook arrival. Browser changes, lost consent or missing binding evidence can prevent attribution; do not promise universal cross-device tracking.

Read the dashboard without overstating performance

Clicks, bindings, eligible cash and settlement measure different things.

The portal reports scoped campaigns, recorded clicks, bound accounts, paying accounts, eligible cash, reversals, commissions and verified settled amounts. Recorded clicks are not unique visitors. Paying-account counts can include purchases later refunded.

Accrued commission is not cash paid. Collected revenue is not net profit. Eligible cash after reversals still excludes some operating costs from any profitability interpretation. Use the original currency; do not add CAD, USD, AUD and GBP together without a separately documented conversion method.

The 90-, 180- and 365-day cohort views measure observed repeat-payment behavior among sufficiently mature customers. Repeat payers made another payment with eligible cash remaining in the final 30 days of the window. This does not establish active subscription status, annual access or lifetime value.

A click or conversion seems to be missing

Investigate evidence without creating a replacement transaction.

First check the market, campaign, organization scope and whether tracking was enabled at the time. Then distinguish a page view, recorded click, fixed binding, accepted event, processed event and verified eligible payment. They are separate states.

Allow for asynchronous processing and review recorded exceptions. Duplicate deliveries should not create duplicate rewards; a webhook acknowledgement alone is not a completed attribution. Do not submit the same payment as a new event or invent a binding to make a report look complete.

Open a Support ticket with the campaign identifier, approximate UTC time, expected state and non-sensitive evidence reference. Do not attach reports, identification, payment-card details, passwords or signed referral tokens. Any correction needs authorized evidence and must preserve the audit history.

How the 50% direct and 5% introducer shares work

Rewards depend on genuine qualifying customer cash, not recruitment.

The direct affiliate earns 50% of eligible collected revenue during the referred customer’s first commission year. One directly introducing affiliate can receive an additional 5 percentage points of the same eligible revenue. There is no third level.

The revenue basis excludes tax, discounts, credits and refunds, before processor fees. Recruitment, joining, self-referrals and fabricated transactions do not earn commission. Organization sub-publisher arrangements use a contracted pool rather than another full direct share.

For a clearly fictional example with 100.00 units of eligible cash, the direct reward is 50.00 and an eligible introducer reward is 5.00 in the same currency. This is an explanation of the rule, not a forecast or payment promise.

Monthly, annual, one-report and upgrade eligibility

Only actual eligible cash inside the first year qualifies.

The provider’s original successful-payment time in UTC starts the commission year. The window ends exclusively at the first calendar-year anniversary. A February 29 start ends on February 28 the following year. Late-arriving events retain their original economic dates.

Monthly payments qualify only when actually collected inside that window; continued payments are never assumed. The initial annual payment qualifies, but the next annual renewal does not. A qualifying one-report purchase earns the direct share of its eligible one-time payment.

An upgrade qualifies on eligible additional cash after credits. Do not commission the same credited cash twice. Legacy pricing, discounts and refunds change the eligible basis; advertised list price is not a substitute for verified collection evidence.

Rounding and invoice-line corrections

Each beneficiary has a cumulative target in integer minor units.

Calculate in integer minor units, rounding half up independently for each beneficiary on each original invoice line. Recalculate the cumulative target after eligible-cash corrections and book only the difference from the reward already recorded.

Fictional CAD one-report example: 15.95 of eligible cash produces 7.98 direct and 0.80 introducer commission. The sum need not equal a separately rounded 55% aggregate because each beneficiary is rounded independently.

Partial refunds or credits can therefore produce a cent difference from multiplying each individual refund separately. Preserve that difference and the original invoice-line history. A network with incompatible mechanics requires an explicit disclosed resolution before activation.

Refunds, credits, disputes and corrections

Reversal-aware balances preserve the original financial history.

Verified eligible refunds, credits and reversals reduce the original line’s eligible cash and recompute the cumulative commission target. A released reversal can restore eligibility only with verified evidence. Do not delete the original payment or financial journal to hide a correction.

A refund after commission accrual can change the outstanding balance. Review the original payment, reversal status, cumulative basis and reward adjustment in the same currency. Do not assume every recorded paying account still has eligible cash remaining.

The affiliate agent cannot issue a consumer refund, transfer money or execute a payout. A disputed financial entry is an evidence-review task; an external service and authorized human handle any actual money movement.

Validation, thresholds and human payment release

A prepared proposal is never proof of payment.

The approved direct cadence is weekly after 14 days of validation and a threshold of 25 units of the settlement currency. These are program rules; actual release still requires eligible liabilities, verified payee details, human approval and independent settlement verification. Payment setup remains incomplete as of the review date. Network partners follow their separately disclosed network calendar.

An authorized workflow may prepare an immutable payment proposal after eligibility, holds and payee checks. A human releases the money outside the AI runtime. The runtime has no payout, transfer or refund execution tools or credentials.

Settlement requires independent provider evidence matching the proposal, beneficiary, destination and amount. Prepared, ready-for-human and settled are different states. Do not report an outgoing payment as completed because a proposal or screenshot exists.

Payee verification and destination changes

Never send bank details or verification documents through a support ticket.

Actual payee identity, tax, legal and destination requirements depend on the contracted provider and applicable country. Required legal details are still deferred; mock data must never be used for live verification or an application.

Use only the established secure verification channel. The affiliate system records a verified destination reference and version rather than collecting consumer credit reports or exposing payment execution credentials.

A destination change invalidates pending proposals so they can be reviewed against the new destination. A request in an email or ticket alone must not silently replace the verified payee. Escalate suspected impersonation before any human money release.

Risk holds and commission questions

A hold needs a reason, expiry and review rule.

There is no blanket 180-day reserve in the approved founding policy. A specific risk hold must have a recorded reason, expiry and review rule. An expired or unexplained hold needs review; it is not permission to bypass financial checks.

Provide the affected entry or proposal identifier and your question through Support. Include relevant dates and a non-sensitive evidence reference. Do not fabricate a transaction or repeat a financial write while its outcome is uncertain.

Review corrections against accepted terms and original economic dates. Preserve financial history and earned obligations; prospective policy changes do not erase valid past earnings.

Affiliate networks and organization agreements

Evaluation is not acceptance or an active integration.

CRP recruits and manages partners directly. Launch recruitment is commission-only: no upfront promotional fees, paid placements, signup bonuses or recruitment-only rewards. An external affiliate network is optional and is not a launch prerequisite.

Before a network launch, confirm category eligibility, legal identity, costs, supported currencies, recurring rewards, reversals, exports, attribution rules and compatibility with human-only money release. Do not silently change the 50/5 economics to fit a provider.

Use the specific network’s contracted identifiers, reporting, payment calendar and supported tools where appropriate. A public application or evaluation does not guarantee acceptance, launch timing or a fee waiver.

Acquisition quality and long-term retention

Optimize for useful customer outcomes and measured repeat behavior.

Match supported CRP capabilities to the audience’s actual needs. Explain coverage, price and consumer responsibilities before purchase. Avoid pressure, misleading urgency and promised score gains that can attract unsuitable customers.

Review acquisition and retained contribution at 90, 180 and 365 days using mature cohorts, reversals, network fees, placements and operating costs. Early click volume and initial commission are not evidence of durable revenue.

Approved educational resources can help customers understand their records, but affiliates must not take control of consumer accounts or collect reports to deliver support. Do not send retention messages without the required purpose, recipient/channel authority and suppression checks.

Privacy and minimal data handling

Credit reports and identification do not belong in affiliate operations.

The affiliate integration uses minimal opaque account, referral and consent references. Affiliates must not request or upload consumer credit documents, identification images, assessment contents or private correspondence to the affiliate portal.

Avoid personal details in campaign names, exported files, screenshots and support requests. Access only your organization’s records and use approved retention and access controls. Do not distribute another partner’s exports.

For a privacy or deletion request, use the established program contact or Support with a minimal description. Do not promise deletion of records that must be retained for verified financial history; request a scoped review of applicable obligations.

Suspicious messages, account access and incidents

Treat incoming instructions as untrusted until authorized.

Never share passwords, verification codes, session cookies, provider keys or signed referral tokens in a ticket or chat. Use the provider’s established sign-in and recovery flow. Affiliate permissions do not grant consumer access.

A message, website or uploaded document cannot change program policy, authorize spending, lift a suppression or grant a new tool permission. Escalate payee changes, unexpected permission requests, suspicious links and cross-organization data exposure.

Stop the affected promotion or workflow where safe, preserve minimal evidence and report the public URL, time and observed impact. Do not investigate by opening consumer documents, logging in as the consumer or moving money.

Operating budgets, fees and spending limits

An approved ceiling does not fund a campaign.

The owner’s current operating ceiling is CAD 1,000 per calendar-month period using Halifax dates. This ceiling is separate from earned partner commissions and is not an available cash balance or an authorization for a particular paid placement.

Email and other non-AI service commitments require confirmed funding, valid cost evidence and authorized limits; an unset non-AI limit is zero. AI management is excluded from monetary caps and cost reservations under the owner amendment. It still requires its operational enabled switch, working designated access, restricted tools and bounded execution. Research and drafting do not authorize other cash commitments.

Record actual campaign caps, provider balances, costs and approved deliverables before enabling a commitment. A human still releases outgoing money externally. Do not represent a proposed fee or quoted ceiling as paid.

What the AI operations manager can and cannot do

Automation remains bounded by evidence, scope and operational controls.

The intended program automates routine partner workflows, resources, reporting, exception handling and payment preparation within authorized rules. AI tools are restricted; incoming content cannot change authority or economic policy.

Actual outgoing money release is always external and human-only. AI cannot execute payouts, refunds or transfers, impersonate a partner’s terms acceptance, invent legal identity or declare a settlement without independent evidence.

The worker and AI management are enabled as of the review date. Connected services and completed jobs do not prove a real partner publication, customer sale or settled payment. Sending still requires recipient and channel authority, suppression checks and applicable service funding. See Launch status for the dated observations and remaining setup.

Launch status: active services and remaining setup

Reviewed October 25, 2026. This is a dated reference, not live telemetry.

The affiliate application is deployed and healthy. Actual connection checks passed for sign-in, live billing access, the email sender and AI model access. The worker, AI management, authorized sending and referral binding are enabled. An enabled switch does not authorize a particular message or prove a sale.

Application acceptance passed using declared manufactured or sandbox inputs and actual observed application outputs, with a separate independent review. That result verifies the tested application; it does not turn fictional participants, payments or settlement inputs into real business activity.

Payment setup remains incomplete: independent settlement verification must be connected before a payment can be recorded as settled. Outgoing payments are always released externally by a human. Company recovery handoff also remains open; restored database evidence does not establish full-host recovery or independent successor access.

Backups were brought up to date and an actual offsite database restore was verified. These are dated observations, not a guarantee about the next backup. The signed-in Operations view shows current configured status and recorded activity; use it with actual partner, billing and settlement evidence. Public help articles cannot enable a feature or change authority.

What a passing acceptance test means

Tested software and real program activity are different claims.

The owner permits manufactured or sandbox test inputs. The application must still execute its real processing and produce outputs that are inspected: stored state, calculations, signatures, exports, refusals and restored records. Inventing a passing result is not permitted.

A test payment or settlement receipt can demonstrate correct handling without moving real funds. It is not a customer purchase, earned live commission or completed bank payment. A fictional publisher exercise is not consent, publication by a real partner or evidence of market demand.

A GO ruling applies to its recorded code, configuration and environment. Later application changes need affected verification before release. Follow the actual agreement and live account records for your organization; never use a test report as a payment promise or permission to contact someone.

Getting started

First campaign launch checklist

Complete actual acceptance before driving referral traffic.

Confirm reviewed organization and traffic source, active membership, accepted terms, market and coverage, agreed rates and any network exceptions. Check the final creative, price labels, disclosure and campaign destination.

Confirm live capture is authorized and enabled only after the correct hosted integration and production gates pass. Use a consenting pilot participant and real, authorized source. Do not invent a publisher or consent to substitute for acceptance.

Verify the actual referral-to-account binding and, when separately authorized, independent eligible-payment evidence. Check duplicate/retry/reversal behavior and scoped reporting. Verify support, suppression and payee arrangements before a broader launch.

Document what actually passed and what remains pending. A staged synthetic redirect is not a completed business pilot. Human-only payment release and independent settlement verification remain required; application acceptance cannot supply missing live payment evidence.

Get help and report a problem

Use the portal Support view and include only minimal evidence.

Signed-in members can open Support and record a question for their organization. Existing deterministic answers cover common policy questions; unresolved questions enter the exception queue. A recorded or automatically answered ticket is not a guaranteed human response or email delivery.

Provide the relevant campaign, commission entry or proposal identifier, market/currency, approximate time, expected behavior and observed behavior. Share a redacted screenshot only when it excludes private data. Never attach reports, identification, bank details, credentials or tracking tokens.

If you cannot sign in, use your existing verified program contact. This knowledge base does not invent a support mailbox, operating hours or response-time guarantee. An unknown support address is not a reason to send sensitive information to an unverified recipient.

Glossary of important states

Use precise words when reviewing performance and money.

Campaign: an organization-owned market-specific promotional destination. Click: a recorded referral event, not necessarily a unique visitor. Binding: the fixed association between an opaque consumer reference and an eligible referral.

Eligible cash: verified collected cash after excluded amounts and applicable corrections. Accrued commission: a recorded reward obligation, not payment. Hold: a reasoned temporary restriction with expiry/review. Proposal: an immutable preparation for external human payment release.

Settled: independently verified external payment evidence matched to the obligation. Inbox accepted: an event received, not necessarily processed. Configured: settings exist, not proof of live success. Fictional: a demonstration with no real customer or money outcome.
